Infrastructure Assessment

GMI Consulting Infrastructure Assessment.

We study a project’s infrastructure and public utilities requirements (access roads, drinking water, treatment systems, electricity, etc.) and design strategies so they are able to meet the needs of the population or mitigate the environmental impacts.

We analyze municipal, state and federal government programs applicable to a project in order to identify social and environmental mitigation, prevention or compensation measures, as well as welfare benefits in order to link them up and strengthen them both institutionally and in terms of financing.

We look for subsidy and financing schemes or public-private partnerships that lower investment costs for our clients and solve social and environmental problems.
