With a degree in Territorial Planning from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Luis Eduardo joined our Firm in 2009 and is a specialist in geographic information analysis and statistics.

He leads our team in everything related to documentary research, the collection and analysis of databases and statistical information at the federal, state and municipal levels, the delimitation of the areas of social influence of our clients’ projects, and the elaboration of maps and cartography.
