Social, Cultural and Human Rights Impact Assessment Studies

When it comes to projects that may have an impact on native, indigenous or Afro-Mexican communities, we integrate into the Social Impact Assessment the evaluation of the impacts that a project can generate on uses and customs, values and traditions and that could put them at risk as a differentiated community.

Likewise, we carry out a process of identifying the human rights risks that the various works and activities of the project may entail for the original communities.

The results of the Social, Cultural and Human Rights Impact Assessment serve as a guide for the realization of the processes of Prior, Free and Informed Consultation by the authorities.
