Design of emergency response programs in communities

In the case of projects that may have a special impact to generate a risk to support communities, such as those in the extractive sector, we identify together with the project managers and its main suppliers and contractors the risks that can be generated to the communities derived from daily activities such as road accidents,  fires, floods, pollution, and others. Once identified, we proceed to design measures to avoid updating the risks, which must be included in the company’s operating procedures.

Subsequently, the socialization of the program is carried out both with the government actors that must participate in its implementation in case of an emergency, and with the communities.
