Analysis of social conflicts and design of resolution strategies

We start from the fact that conflicts are consubstantial to the human being and the different groups that make up society, so we carry out their analysis from a positive point of view that leads to the resolution of the conflict, identifying the real origin of it and the actors involved, their interests, motivations and spirit of collaboration.

Depending on the result of the analysis, we design containment and resolution strategies that may include the intervention of third parties such as social groups, authorities or academic institutions. The strategies may often contain recommendations for the reparation of the damage or the remediation of the grievances, with the aim of achieving the genuine resolution of the conflict and pacification for the development of the project.
